I made myself NOT go to the gym today. I can feel my right foot acting up and I did a hard workout so I figure I’m courting disaster or injury by pushing it. I did feel antsy to get some exercise though so I took my nephew out to play 9 holes on the local par 3. We walked for about 2 hours and it was HOT, but fun.

I was up at like 3:45 am and boy did I pay for it by eating poorly and then had to force myself out of the house after eating a late breakfast so that I wouldn’t end up on the couch asleep. I need to pay attention to my portions and stop snacking. What’s new? 🙂
