Wow. I really didn’t feel like going to the gym yesterday. I mowed my parent’s lawn which was a workout in and of itself (1.75 hours) and made me realize how out of shape I am. But I rested up and went to the gym at 6:30.

Elliptical: 35 min

Leg workout: 30 min

Sauna: 10 min

My mom also got some organic non fat yogurt for me to start eating at breakfast. Yesterday I didn’t snack at all I don’t think and I drank a ton of water. I also haven’t had any diet pepsi since the weekend as my coffee, oj and water intake have all skyrocketed. I can’t even drink full on oj, i water it down and dump in a packet of emergen-c. which reminds me, i need to get some vitamins. i am proud of myself for grabing a handful of yogurt covered raisins before hitting the gym yesterday. I definitely think having low stressors helps.

Last two nights I’ve been up at weird times, trying to re-adjust back to non-travel, and ate full fat milk and sugary cereal. I need to get some fat free milk and stick with cheerios. Or Cheerios and yogurt. Overall, I feel pretty good. I can feel the workouts and want to become obsessed with the gym. Found myself sad that the gym is closed on Memorial day 🙂 but that is probably a good day to take off.

Also finding myself anxious about working out when I have to travel (June=New Hampshire/Indiannapolis 7-15) and possibly 3 week in Cali in July.
