Goal(s) for Today:

1. Drink 32 oz H2O

2. No fried food

3. No meat

4. Drink 1 V8

I was trying to think of all the things I would do/could do if I were at my optimum level of fitness and goal weight. So far:

1. Wear Thomas Pink french-cuff women’s dress shirts w/ Tiffany cuff links.

2. Be more active when I travel, i.e. more hiking, biking, snorkeling, etc.

3. Look great in a pair of jeans and white shirt.

4. Be more confident in every area of my life.

5. Have more energy (you know, for sex and all those things I mentioned above!)
