     -lite beer is okay

     -liquor with selzer/tonic waters is okay

10. Find a road race to train for

11. Go to bed earlier and get up and get a run in before starting the day

12. Cut out the creamer in my coffee

13. Cut out the mayo/tartar/cream sauces
